What is this?
This 6-week series will offer insights on how to cope with pandemic fatigue. We’ll work on understanding what happened to us during the pandemic that left so many of us feeling depleted and focus on how to recharge our personal batteries in a holistic and healthy way so that life can feel more meaningful and purposeful. We’ll offer evidence-based input, facilitate discussions, and encourage you to move forward with personal and spiritual strategies that will make resilience work in your daily life.

The program will be held at Westside Bowl, 2617 Mahoning Ave, in their downstairs room. Pizza will be provided. Participants can buy their own drinks (soft or adult).

What resources will the program draw from?
The topic of resilience will be explored using insights from experts such as Dr. Marilee Adams of the Inquiry Institute, Dr. Carol Dweck of Stanford University, Dr. Martin Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania, Catherine Morisset of the Institute for Life Coach Training and more.
The spirituality perspectives will be guided by mainline Christian spirituality, Buddhism, Judaism, Yoga, and more.

What will this cost?
- There is no registration fee or cost for any distributed content resources. The cost of the program is funded by a grant from the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio.
